Starbucks Proposal

Starbucks needed a solution for sourcing repair parts for their coffee machines. To showcase how we could help, we created a custom interactive experience, giving them a preview of the process. This led to a successful partnership, with Parts Town now stocking and shipping their coffee machine parts to participating locations for easy replacement.

Role: Concept and design of the flipping book—an innovative first for a proposal. I collaborated with senior executives and marketing teams to shape the flow and content, while the eCommerce team handled custome landing page layout.
